Welcome Fabulous Ladies!
I’m glad you found your way here.

I am Alison Jacobson and I’m proud to say I’m living and loving midlife.

That’s not to say that I haven’t had a lot of battle wounds along the way: a bad divorce (is there any other kind?), the loss of my baby to Sudden Infant Death Syndrome, another son with Intellectual Disabilities, the collapse of my business and my second marriage to a man with Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis.

But I made it through to the other side of all of it and came out stronger and happier.

I’ve learned to be a kick-ass caregiver for my disabled son and husband, and I rebuilt my business to focus on what’s important to me – helping women 40+ live their lives happy, healthy, safe and sane!

Here you’ll find tips for staying in shape that are realistic for women our age.  I’ll share with you the challenges of being a caregiver while working full time. Ready to live life on your terms without fear? I’ll share some advice on how to get there. Thinking of changing careers or ending a relationship in the second half of your life?  I’m here to help you!

Every day I meet women who are settling because fear stops them from doing what they really want to do. Sound familiar? I was like that. Literally too paralyzed by fear to move on and live my life on my terms. But then I figured it out. And so can you!
